Please be advised that with the exception of unaltered "primary produce", all other food stall operators need the consent of Mansfield Shire Council to operate - pursuant to the Food Act. Note also that all foods need to be manufactured etc at Registered Food Premises.  If you need more information please contact the Council directly on 5775 8555.
