Spring is in full swing in Mansfield, a new local grower joins the market for the first time and the forecast is sitting at a very pleasant 21 degrees. Saturday 10 October is a good one.
October is one of the best months to be at the market. The season is turning, the produce is shifting and the stalls are starting to fill with the kind of fresh, vibrant food that makes you remember why shopping local matters. Come for the seedlings, stay for the seafood.
New to the Market — Better Herbs & Natives

Start Thinking About Christmas
With the season turning and summer on the way, Christmas is closer than it feels. Many of our stallholders take pre-orders for the festive season – honey, wine, spirits, macarons, jams and fresh seafood. Reach out to them directly sooner rather than later to secure what you need.
And don’t forget: we’re running a special extra market on Monday 28 December, 8:30am–1pm on the High Street median strip. The perfect way to ease into the New Year with good local food.
